Credential Setup

When configuring the Marketstack credential in Secure Vault, provide:

  • API Key — your Marketstack account access key, used to authenticate every request
  • Use HTTPS — toggle on to send requests over HTTPS (available on paid Marketstack plans only)

Operations

End-of-Day Data

  • Get Many — retrieve stock market closing data for one or multiple comma-separated tickers (e.g. AAPL or AAPL,MSFT). Filter by exchange (Market Identifier Code), latest data only, a specific date, or a start/end date timeframe; sort ascending or descending; and return all results or cap with a limit.

Exchange

  • Get — retrieve a single stock market exchange by its Market Identifier Code (e.g. XNAS).

Ticker

  • Get — retrieve a single stock symbol (ticker) by its symbol (e.g. AAPL).
