Authentication

Freshdesk and Freshservice use Basic Auth (API Key) via Secure Vault. FreshworksCRM uses API Key via Secure Vault. Each product requires its own credentials — configure separate Secure Vault credentials for Freshdesk, Freshservice, and FreshworksCRM.
