Credential Setup

When configuring the Odoo credential in Secure Vault, provide:

• Site URL — your Odoo instance URL (e.g. https://my-organization.odoo.com)
• Username — the login email for your Odoo account
• Password or API Key — your account password or a generated API key
• Database Name — the name of the Odoo database to connect to

Contact

• Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete contacts (including address fields)

Opportunity

• Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete CRM opportunities

Note

• Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete notes

Custom Resource

• Operate on any Odoo model by name: Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete — with custom field name/value pairs and filter conditions on Get Many
