Credential Setup

When configuring the SyncroMSP credential in Secure Vault, provide:

  • API Key — your Syncro MSP API key, generated in your Syncro admin settings
  • Subdomain — your Syncro account subdomain (the prefix in your Syncro account URL)

Operations

Contact — Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete.

Customer — Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete.

Ticket — Create, Get, Get Many, Update, Delete.

RMM — Create, Get, Get Many, Mute, Delete.
