Credential Setup

When configuring the SIGNL4 credential in Secure Vault, provide:

• Team Secret — the last part of your SIGNL4 webhook URL.

Operations

Alert

• Send — raise an alert with a message. Optional fields: title, service/system category, location (latitude + longitude), alerting scenario (single ACK or multi ACK), event filtering, external ID, and a binary attachment (png, jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, mp3, or wav).
• Resolve — close a previously raised alert, matched by its external ID.
