Credential Setup

Acuity Scheduling supports two authentication methods. Choose one when configuring the credential in Secure Vault.

API Key — provide:

• User ID — Your Acuity Scheduling user ID
• API Key — Your Acuity Scheduling API key

OAuth2 — authorize the connection through Acuity Scheduling's OAuth2 flow. The authorization and token endpoints and the api-v1 scope are preconfigured.

Operations

This is a trigger node. It registers a webhook with Acuity Scheduling and starts a workflow when a selected event fires. Choose one Event to listen for:

• appointment.scheduled — an appointment is initially booked
• appointment.rescheduled — an appointment is rescheduled to a new time
• appointment.changed — an appointment is changed in any way
• appointment.canceled — an appointment is canceled
• order.completed — an order is completed

Resolve Data — when enabled (default), the trigger fetches the full object from the Acuity Scheduling API instead of returning only the object ID from the webhook payload.
