✅ Supported — send messages and manage meetings, plus trigger workflows on Webex events.

Credential Setup

When configuring the Cisco Webex OAuth2 API credential in Secure Vault, provide:

• Client ID — the OAuth2 client identifier from your Webex integration
• Client Secret — the OAuth2 client secret from your Webex integration

All other OAuth2 settings (authorization URL, access token URL, scopes, and grant type) are preconfigured.

Operations

Message

• Create — send a message to a room or person
• Get — retrieve a single message
• Get Many — retrieve multiple messages
• Update — edit an existing message
• Delete — remove a message

Meeting

• Create — schedule a meeting
• Get — retrieve a single meeting
• Get Many — retrieve multiple meetings
• Update — modify a meeting
• Delete — remove a meeting

Trigger

The Webex by Cisco Trigger starts a workflow when Webex events occur. Select a resource and an event:

• Resources — Attachment Action, Meeting, Membership, Message, Recording, Room, or [All]
• Events — Created, Deleted, Updated (Meeting also supports Started and Ended), or All events for the selected resource

For Attachment Action triggers, an optional Resolve Data setting fetches the full submitted data instead of just a reference. Message triggers support filters such as Has Files.
