Overview

Starts workflows automatically when a JotForm form receives a submission. The trigger registers a webhook on the selected form and fires on every new response.

Key Parameters:

  • Form — Select the form to monitor (dropdown loaded from your JotForm account)
  • Resolve Data — Convert internal field keys to human-readable question names (default: on)
  • Only Answers — Return only form answers, excluding metadata like submission ID and timestamps

Tips

  • The trigger uses JotForm webhooks, so your workflow starts in real time (no polling delay).
  • Enable Resolve Data to get field names like "Full Name" instead of internal keys like q3_fullName.
  • With Only Answers off, the payload includes submission ID, form ID, IP address, and timestamps.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Obtain your API key from your JotForm account settings.
