Credential Setup

When configuring the Cal API credential in Secure Vault, provide:

  • API Key — your Cal.com API key, used to register and manage the webhook.
  • Host — the Cal.com API base URL (defaults to https://api.cal.com).

Operations

The Cal.com Trigger listens for the booking events you select and starts the workflow when one occurs. Available events:

  • Booking Created — a new booking is made
  • Booking Cancelled — a booking is cancelled
  • Booking Rescheduled — a booking is moved to a new time
  • Meeting Ended — a booking or meeting has finished

Optional filters let you narrow the trigger by EventType, App ID, or customize the delivered data with a Payload Template. Both Cal.com API versions (before v2.0 and v2.0 onwards) are supported.
