Overview

Okta is a cloud identity and access management platform. Use this node to manage users and groups in your Okta organization.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Provide your Okta domain URL and API token in the credential configuration modal.

Key parameters:

  • User — first name, last name, email, login, and optional profile attributes
  • Group — name and description
  • Return All (Get Many) — fetch all results or set a limit

Tips

  • Users require at minimum a login (email) and email field to be created.
  • Use filters in Get Many to search users by status (active, staged, deprovisioned).
