Authentication
Basic Auth (email + API token) via Secure Vault. Generate an API token from Zendesk Admin > Channels > API, then add your email and token in the credential configuration modal.
Tips
- Use the Ticket Recover operation to restore suspended or deleted tickets.
- The User Search operation accepts Zendesk search syntax for finding users by name, email, or custom fields.
- Combine with a webhook trigger to react to ticket events in real time.
