Overview
Manage CMS collection items in Webflow. Create, read, update, and delete items across any collection in your Webflow site.

Item
- Create — add a new item to a CMS collection
- Delete — remove an item from a collection
- Get — retrieve a specific item by ID
- Get Many — list items in a collection with pagination
- Update — modify an existing collection item
Authentication
API Key via Secure Vault. Generate a Webflow API token from your site's project settings, then add it in the credential configuration modal.
Tips
- Select the target site and collection from the dropdowns; fields are dynamically loaded based on your collection schema.
- Use the Update operation to publish draft items by changing their status.
