Why It's Not Supported

Customer.io uses multiple API endpoints with different hosts and different authentication methods:

  • Tracking API (track.customer.io) uses Basic auth
  • App API (api.customer.io) uses Bearer token
  • Beta API (beta-api.customer.io) uses Bearer token
  • EU variants use separate hosts (track-eu.customer.io, api-eu.customer.io)

indie.money's Secure Vault supports one base URL and one authentication method per credential. Customer.io's multi-endpoint architecture is incompatible with this model.

Alternatives

  • Use the HTTP Request node with manual authentication to call Customer.io APIs directly
