Overview

PagerDuty is an incident management platform for real-time operations. Use this node to create and manage incidents, log entries, and users.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Add your PagerDuty API token in the credential configuration modal.

Key parameters:

  • Service ID — the PagerDuty service to associate incidents with
  • Title and Urgency — required when creating incidents (high or low)
  • Escalation Policy — optional override for incident routing
  • Email — PagerDuty login email (required as header for certain operations)

Tips

  • Creating an incident requires a valid Service ID and your PagerDuty email address.
  • Use Incident > Update to acknowledge or resolve incidents programmatically.
