Task and project management platform. Use the Flow node to create, retrieve, and update tasks in your Flow workspace.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Requires a Flow API access token. Connect via the credential configuration modal when deploying an agent that uses this node.

Tips

  • Use Task > Create to automatically generate tasks from incoming emails, form submissions, or other triggers.
  • Filter tasks by list ID, creation date, or update date using the Get Many operation.
  • Combine with notification nodes to alert team members when tasks are created or updated.
