Overview

Starts workflows when recruiting events occur in your Workable account. Monitor candidate creation and pipeline movement with optional filtering by job and stage.

Resources & Operations

Trigger EventDescription
Candidate CreatedA new candidate is added to any job in your account
Candidate MovedA candidate is moved to a different pipeline stage

Key Parameters:

  • Trigger On — Select the event type (Candidate Created or Candidate Moved)
  • Filters (optional):
    • Job — Limit notifications to a specific job (dropdown loaded from your account)
    • Stage — Limit notifications to a specific pipeline stage (e.g., "hired", "interview")

Tips

  • Use the Job filter to avoid noise when you only care about a specific position.
  • Combine Candidate Moved with the Stage filter set to "hired" to trigger onboarding workflows automatically.
  • Without filters, the trigger fires for all jobs and all stages in your Workable account.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Your Workable API key also requires a subdomain (your Workable account name).
