Overview

Stackby is a spreadsheet-database hybrid for team collaboration, combining the flexibility of spreadsheets with database power. Use this node to manage records in Stackby tables.

Authentication

API Key via Secure Vault. Add your Stackby API key in the credential configuration modal.

Resources & Operations

Key parameters:

  • Stack ID — your Stackby stack (workspace) identifier
  • Table — the table name within the stack
  • Record ID — the unique record identifier (for Read/Delete)
  • Columns — field values to set when appending records

Tips

  • Use Append to add new rows to a Stackby table. Field names must match column headers exactly.
  • The List operation returns all records in a table. Apply filters via additional parameters to narrow results.
