Not supported on indie.money. This node is missing critical v1.3 features (Responses API, built-in tools, JSON Schema structured outputs) that make it incompatible with the platform.

Why unsupported

The upstream n8n node (v1.3) requires the OpenAI Responses API, built-in tools (web search, file search, code interpreter), and JSON Schema structured outputs — none of which are available in the platform runtime.

Alternatives

  • OpenRouter Chat Model (lmChatOpenRouter) — supports all OpenRouter-compatible models including OpenAI
  • HTTP Request node — call the OpenAI API directly via Secure Vault
