What is indie.money?
A runtime for your n8n workflows. Import one, run it, and sell it if you want.

Run your n8n workflows here free — 10,000 runs a month, refilled every UTC day (about 300 a day, no rollover), your keys stay in the vault, never in the workflow, and sell them if you want: you set the price, 10% once at cash-out.
indie.money is a place to run workflows, not a place to build them. You author in n8n, export the JSON, and import it here. There is no editor on this side, and there does not need to be one.
What You Get, In Order
Everything below follows from the one before it. You can stop at any rung.
1. Your workflow runs here. Import the JSON. Unsupported steps are named — with a fix — before you spend a run, not halfway through one.
2. Your secrets stay out of the workflow. Credentials live in the Secure Vault and are decrypted only at the moment of the call, only inside the isolated environment the run happens in. The workflow itself only ever holds a reference — the key is never written into it, and the builder never sees it.
3. AI steps work without a key of your own. You get ~300,000 included token units a day on GLM 4.7 Flash and Gemma 4 26B. Past that, those calls bill at published token rates ($0.15 per 1M included, $1.50 per 1M frontier). Frontier models (GLM 5.3, Kimi K2.7 Code, Kimi K2.6, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash) count ten times in the daily pot. Bring your own key instead if you prefer.
4. You cannot be surprised by a bill. Before a paid run, the maximum is held. The actual cost is charged. The rest comes back within minutes. You can never spend more than you topped up.
5. Breakage is visible, not silent. One trace per run, one span per step, cost on the span — exportable to your own collector. Twenty failed paid runs in a row pauses the workflow and tells you why.
6. If the workflow is worth money, you can sell it. Set a per-run price and list it. Every run pays you within minutes. You set the price; the only cut is 10%, once, when you cash out to USDC.
7. Machines can pay for it too. A run can be paid for per call, so one workflow can trigger and pay another, and an AI assistant can run yours through a single endpoint.
What It Costs
Nothing, until you exceed the free daily allowance or want features that cost money. A quiet month costs $0 — there is no monthly plan to sit idle.
Paying per run adds a flat $0.001 payment-processing fee. Runs drawn from a topped-up balance never pay it.
Who It Is For
Someone with a working n8n workflow, a handful of third-party services to authenticate against, and a run volume comfortably inside the free daily allowance. If your pain is credentials and integrations rather than raw compute, this fits.
It is not for high-volume workloads — past roughly 100,000 runs a month a $10-a-month server costs less — and there are node gaps worth checking first. Both are spelled out in Known Limitations.
