Understanding the Producer Dashboard
Import a workflow, manage the ones you own, inject credentials, and trigger manual runs.

The Producer Dashboard
π‘ Note:TL;DRThe Producer Dashboard lists every workflow you own. From here, you can configure your API credentials and execute runs to automate your business. Importing a workflow has its own page.
Workflows reach your dashboard two ways: you import one you already have, or you buy one from the marketplace. Either way it lands in the same private library.
Importing a Workflow
Importing happens on its own page. Take Import your workflow.json from the home page, or Run in the menu β if you do not own a workflow yet, that takes you straight there. On a desktop you can also drop your export anywhere on the import page, which does the same thing as the button.
Give it a name, fill in any variables it needs, and press Activate. The workflow is then yours to run and is never listed for sale, and you land on its own page, where its runs and settings live.
π‘ Note:Importing does not support buyer-fillable variables β every variable must be filled before Activate turns on. To sell a workflow and let buyers fill their own values, use the publish flow instead.
Organizing with Category Tabs
Your dashboard uses category tabs to keep your workflow library organized:
- All β Shows every active workflow you own.
- Category tabs β Workflows grouped by category (e.g., Marketing, DevTools). Categories come from the Builder's metadata, or you can create your own.
- Archived β Workflows you've moved out of your active library. Archived workflows are still functional β archiving is purely organizational.
Moving Workflows Between Categories
Each workflow has a drag handle (grip icon) on the left β the whole card for a purchased workflow, the grip on the row for an imported one. Drag it onto a category tab or the Archived tab to move it. To restore an archived workflow, switch to the Archived tab and drag it back to All or any category.
Creating Custom Categories
Click the + button next to the tab bar to create a new category tab. Type a name and press Add. Custom categories are saved to your account and persist across devices and sessions.
π‘ Note:Category assignments are personal preferences. They do not affect the workflow's marketplace listing or other users' views.
Managing Your Workflows
An imported workflow carries its controls inline on the dashboard: the on/off switch, its trigger URLs, Run once, and its own run history. A purchased workflow opens a detail page instead β click its card. If the workflow was transferred to you, the budget and credentials transfer with the workflow, and you activate the workflow once before its first run; until then a run is accepted but not charged or completed. From either place, you can take several actions:
1. Configure Credentials π
If a workflow connects to external services (like OpenAI, Slack, or Salesforce), you need to provide your API keys.
- Click the Configure button (cog icon) in the Credentials section.
- Enter your keys into the Secure Vault.
- (Keys are encrypted and never exposed to the Builder. See What happens to my credentials? for more details).
2. Execute Manually β‘
You can trigger a workflow directly from its detail page:
- Click the Run button (play icon) next to the trigger.
- Review the maximum authorized cost.
- Input any manual JSON data required by the workflow.
- Click Execute!
3. Setup Webhooks π
Want the workflow to run automatically from Zapier, your own app, or a public buyer?
- Turn the workflow on (play icon at the top of the card).
- Next to a webhook trigger you get a Copy URL control: when the workflow supports one payment rail it is a flat button; when it supports both, opening it shows You pay (runs draw on your workflow balance) and Caller pays (callers pay per run; unpaid calls get a price back, not a free run) as two entries. Workflows with no payment rail enabled show "No payment rail enabled" and the Run button is disabled.
- (See Automate with Webhooks for setup instructions).
Tracking Spend
At the top of the dashboard, you can see your execution spend over the last 24 hours and what you have spent buying workflows. Each workflow card displays its current Workflow balance. When you execute a workflow, funds are deducted from this balance. Click the balance to top up via Card or Crypto.
