Your prepaid balance for running workflows — fund once, then call workflows without signing every time.

Prepaid balance
Your prepaid balance is money you fund ahead of time to run workflows. It's denominated in dollars — $1 per unit — and every call spends from it, with no wallet signature at the paywall until the balance runs out.
You'll see your prepaid balance as a row in your Wallet, alongside USDC and DAI.
Why use it
Skip the paywall. With a funded balance, repeated calls to a workflow run straight through — no signing, no waiting. Best for automations or any workflow you call often.
One balance for everything. It works across any workflow on the platform. You don't pre-fund per workflow.
Adding funds
Open your Wallet and press Deposit on the Prepaid balance row. Choose an amount and confirm. Your balance updates as soon as the deposit settles.
How it's spent
Each workflow run draws its cost from your balance. For workflows where buyers pay AI usage, the reserved amount includes the run price and your usage budget. If a run costs less than reserved, the difference stays in your balance. If a run fails partway through, you're charged only for the steps that completed — the failing step isn't charged, and any unused reserved budget is refunded automatically. One exception: if the workflow already sent you its answer before a later step failed, the run is charged its full price.
When AI usage is included in the workflow's price: the prepaid balance reserves only the run price. The Builder's key safety limit is a private limit on their own keys — buyers never see it, and it never changes what they hold or pay. Prepaid runs do not pay the $0.001 pay-as-you-go payment-processing fee.
When your balance runs low, calls fall back to paying per run at the paywall — your workflows keep working, you just sign again until you add funds.
Withdrawing
Press Withdraw on the Prepaid balance row to move your remaining balance back to your wallet. Prepaid withdraw is free. The 10% fee applies only when you cash Earnings out to USDC — not on unused prepaid. Only your wallet can spend or withdraw your balance.
Prepaid balance vs. USDC and DAI
USDC and DAI are the tokens you fund with. Your prepaid balance is what you spend from when running workflows. Deposits are 1:1; withdrawing unused prepaid converts them back with no fee.
