Time zone conversion outside 1970–2050	Not supported — version 1 stops with an error for a date outside this range when you set a time zone. Version 2 converts any date
Some timezone identifiers unavailable	Not supported — If you encounter a timezone error, use the UTC offset format (e.g., `+05:30`) instead of the IANA timezone name
