Credential Setup

When configuring the Zammad credential in Secure Vault, you must provide:

  • Basic Auth: Email, Password, and Base URL of your Zammad instance
  • Token Auth: Access Token and Base URL of your Zammad instance

Example Base URL: https://your-helpdesk.zammad.com

Compatibility

All operations supported. See n8n documentation for full details.

Limitations

  • SSL certificate bypass not available — Self-hosted instances with self-signed certificates cannot skip SSL validation. Use a valid SSL certificate.
