Credential Setup

When configuring the WordPress credential in Secure Vault, you must provide:

  • Username — Your WordPress username
  • Password — Your WordPress Application Password (generate one in your WordPress user profile under "Application Passwords")

Compatibility

All operations supported.

Status

This integration runs through the platform's authentication proxy. The WordPress node requires the wordpressApi credential type, which uses HTTP Basic Auth with a username and Application Password against your WordPress site's REST API. All n8n operations are available.
