Compatibility

Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Analytics, Ads, YouTube, Firebase Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Realtime Database nodes run through the platform's authentication proxy using OAuth 2.0 credentials stored in Secure Vault.

Limitations

• Google Service Account not available — Only OAuth 2.0 connections (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) are supported. Service Account authentication with impersonation and custom scopes is not available.
• Firebase Cloud Firestore — Service Account auth blocked at deploy — workflows with authentication: serviceAccount are rejected when published. Use OAuth 2.0 via Secure Vault instead
• YouTube — Video upload blocked at deploy — resource: video + operation: upload is rejected when published; resumable upload requires streaming, which is not available. Use Get, Get All, Update, or Rate operations instead
• Gmail and Google Chat — Send and Wait for Response — the Approval response type is supported on owner-funded Agents; Free Text and Custom Form are rejected when published. See Known Limitations for the response window and the extra confirmation step
